The food was excellent, very tasty and cooked perfectly. Not salty not bland, but just right. The bread was awesome and the fries crispy. They did forget my side though. It was a pickup order and didn't wanna drive 30 minutes for a couple mandarines.

Waitress was excellent. Food not so. I'm not a critical eater. I just want a normal meal. My open face turkey was dry, with a taste that said I was prepared days ago and just microwaved for you. The corn did not have any taste. It reminded me of a TV dinner. My adult son said it well. "The chef has no pride in what he/she let's out of the kitchen. His chicken sandwich was so bad, he could not finish it. I didn't know what he ordered. When he opened the sandwich, I had to ask him what it (the chicken) was. It was unrecognizable. This place needs a management overhaul. Four patrons walked out waiting for take out service. One young girl was busy preparing ice cream while others got tired of waiting. I think this is an ice cream only place.

Very disappointed. My family and I chose Friendly's after dinner at Texas Roadhouse, but it ended up being a mistake. The floors were sticky, and the restaurant smelled vaguely musty. The restroom also smelled badly. One order was a double scoop in a sugar cone, but it was barely enough ice cream to make a single scoop. When we asked the counter person why it was so small, she actually giggled. A large cup was loaded will enough, but it was handed to us with melting ice cream dropping from the cup and lid. For what we spent, we could have gone to Dairy Queen, which is clean and well worth the price paid.

I had breakfast. Breakfast during the week is 50% off, so plus 1. My omelette was good, the side taters were cool but not ice cold. The coffee was atrocious. There was a fair amount of staff around, but only one server working the whole place, who didn't have that many tables but it took forever. So, almost a four based on the eggs, but almost a two based on everything else.

Service was good. The restaurant has a faint odor of urine which kind of grossed me out. It feels very dated and could really use a remodel. At the very least, they could stand to shut down for a day and have a very thorough cleaning from the ceiling to the floors.
